Maltese Law Links

Maltese law owes quite a lot to Roman law but colonisation by the British has left its mark even on our legal system. One might say that the back-bone of Maltese law owes its origin to Roman Law and the Code Napoleon while English law plays a role in particular fields such as Commercial law.
