Reading law at the University of Malta, Dr. Aron Mifsud Bonnici graduated as a Notary Public in 1995 and subsequently obtained a doctorate in law (LL.D.) in 1997.

He previously occupied a senior position with the Government of Malta where he was involved in investment promotion, labour relations, privatisation, corporate finance and public relations. In private practice, he deals with various aspects of commercial, civil and employment law. He is proficient in various technical and legal aspects of information technology, media and communications and is also advisor on employment law and industrial relations to Malta's largest trade union.
